The daily workouts are constantly varied, functional movements performed with an appropriate intensity to match the athlete’s ability level. Workouts vary from day to day and are designed to provide a broad base of general physical preparedness. We take the best parts of weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio to create an exciting and engaging class.
We offer private training sessions for sports teams looking to improve their overall fitness and performance. Our programming will help build strength, power, and agility to help your athletes achieve their goals in their given sport. Training will be centered on foundational movements ensuring proper form before introducing weight and complex movements

Like the Idea of CrossFit but want more of a cardio burn emphasis? Project CFL is for you. We use CrossFit style movements and methods to keep the workouts fun, exciting and effective. We push the times out a little further, make the weights lighter, and simplify the movements to keep the heart rate up for a longer time.
